The machine has absorbed the technology from the similar products of Germany and Itlay . Due to large power, the extrusion volume could reach 3KG. Its performance is stable. The integrated design is adopted for the preheating air and screw extruder. The plasticizing quality is good and the mould design is smooth without any blockage. Also, there is no dead corner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerland is installed to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and the base materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in order to achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operated simply and light in weight, only 4kg, which helps to weld the postion that is difficult to reach.
The build-in blower series make unnecessary any external air supply and they facilitate any in-field operation. The equipment are designed by ourselves. The hand extruder are suitable for plastic fabrication of chemical hoods, custom plastic tanks, non woven geomembrane sealing and more.
