I. Pipe advantages and Usage
---HDPE water supplying pipe is with advatages of good hot melt, flexibility, corrosion resistance, and aging tolerance.
---- HDPE pipe is widely used in municipal water suuplying, city gas transportation and other areas.
II. Main machine- High-effeciency single screw extruder
---Single screw is with barreir & mixing head; barrel is new model with slotting (channel), Both make security of good jellification, large output and stable performance.
III. Spiral dihead & 25/25 co-extruder for mark line
---Diehead is spiral model. It has advantages of low melt temperature, good mixing, low cavity pressure, and stable performance.
----Special calibrating and cooling system. We use water film lubrication and water-ring cooling to fit for requirements of HDPE and PP material, to make sure accurate diameter and roundness of thick wall pipe when they are extruded at high speed.
IV. Controlling system
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching screen. Controlling system is designed according to the customer;s requirement, to be with PLC, or without.
