It makes alarm when overheat, need to change the carbon brush or emergency off. The machine has absorbed the technology from Europe . Due to large power, the extrusion volume could reach 3KG. Its performance is stable. The integrated design is adopted for the preheating air and screw extruder. The plasticizing quality is good and the mould design is smooth without any blockage. Also, there is no dead corner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerland is installed to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and the base materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in order to achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operated simply and light in weight, only 4kg, which helps to weld the postion where is difficult to reach.
