"One-step" Foam Jacket Anti-corrosion&Thermal Insulation Production Line
This technique is to coat the pipe with corrosion resistance layer, thermal insulation layer as well as the protection layer synchronously to form the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coat for steel pipe. Compared with other methods, it has features of continuous operation, high production efficiency, low cost, energy saving, and environmental protection, ect. 
Technique Characteristics
Wide range of materials can be used for pipe corrosion resistance, such as fusion bond epoxy powder and other coatings. Polyurethane high-temperature foam or black pitch foam can be chosen. The jacket layer is black, which is UV and ageing resistance. The jacket layer, foam layer and anti-corrosion layer stick firmly to each other to the surface of the pipe. The operating line adopts rubber wheel for rotation, avoiding the damage of the anti-corrosion layer of the pipe. The line adopts Automatic Hydraulic Deviation-correcting Machine with stable working condition and good effect of rectification.
Perspective of Application

"One-step"forming method line for anti-corrosion and thermal insulation is high degree of automation and the operating line can work for Dia48-630mm. The insulation coating quality absolutely meets the national standard.
