The epoxy powder anti-corrosion process for the inner and outer walls of steel pipes is currently an efficient and reliable solution for pipeline anti-corrosion. Internal & External FBE Powder coating
Epoxy powder, as a thermosetting non-toxic coating material, forms a high-molecular cross-linked structure coating after curing, which combines excellent chemical anti-corrosion performance with mechanical strength. Its base layer is bonded and cured on the surface of the steel pipe to form a continuous and dense coating, providing excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer adhesive bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and is closely connected with the top layer of polyethylene, making the three-layer structure a unified protective whole.
