Product Description

This PE series pre-insulated pipe extrusion line is independently optimized and upgraded by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., on the basis of absorbing advanced German tube extrusion technology.

 

The production line adopts an integrated design, consisting of extrusion unit, vacuum calibrating system, cooling unit, pulling device, cutting equipment and stacker.

 

It delivers excellent performance in automatic operation, extrusion capacity, running stability, service life and other key indicators. Especially compared with traditional internal pressure production lines, the vacuum calibrating process has significant advantages in core properties such as pipe ring stiffness, pressure resistance and surface smoothness.
