HDPE insulated pipe, also known as HDPE jacketed pipe, is a direct-buried polyurethane insulated pipe production line that uses a plastic outer jacket as the outer protective layer, a polyurethane-filled insulation layer in the middle, and a working steel pipe as the innermost layer. It is suitable for various hot and cold water, high- and low-temperature pipeline insulation projects. The HDPE jacketed pipe extrusion line is an efficient, high-speed, and energy-saving device that produces HDPE pipe for PU foam insulation and pre-insulated pipes in accordance with international standards. HDPE jacketed pipe is produced using a vacuum calibration method, resulting in smooth inner and outer walls, a long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior mechanical properties.
