 This PU foam insulation thermal extrusion pipe  extrusion line has been manufactured and improved by us with below good characters:

1.     Efficient single screw extruder 33:1, barrier with slotting & mixing head to make sure enough material feeding to extruder.


2.     Vacuum calibrating tank with ellipse calibration device to ensure the shape of large pipe.


3.     Caterpillars haul off machine


4.     Planetary cutting device with pneumatic clamps, we improve to half clamps to hold the pipe firmly and evenly. Rotary cutting to make sure the smooth opening of the pipe.


5.    The extrusion line can be control by PLC (Siemens) computer systems. The most advanced man-machine dialogue system.
 

Delivery and after sales service
 The leading time is about 60 days after we receive pre-payment. The machine  will be packed on pallet with film. Small parts packed in wood crates.
