Steel Pipe FBE 3PE Dual Layer Coating Line with Integrated Shot Blasting
The outer anti-corrosion layer of 3PE steel pipe is a anti-corrosion structure composed of a bottom layer of epoxy powder, an intermediate layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene composite. It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation performance.
200mm-1420mm anti-corrosion coating production line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe with a larger diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
This line can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
