Pipeline Field Joint Coating PE Anti-Corrosion Heat Shrinkable Sleeve

Our PE heat shrinkable sleeve features a robust two-layer structure, constructed from radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing and a specialized heat melt adhesive. This sleeve is designed for seamless application on steel pipes, requiring a non-solvent two-component epoxy primer for optimal adhesion.

Upon heating, the polyethylene backing shrinks and the adhesive layer melts, allowing the sleeve to tightly wrap around the pipe joints. This forms a solid and continuous anti-corrosion barrier, comparable to factory-applied three-layer anti-corrosive coatings. The sleeve is engineered to resist corrosion, wear, impact, UV exposure, and aging, making it easy to apply and highly effective.
