Product Description

The Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is an advanced, high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe manufacturing system that we have independently developed and designed, drawing on cutting-edge international technologies. This production line primarily utilizes polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as its main raw materials and is capable of producing both single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.

Thanks to its distinctive structural design, the pipes manufactured by this production line offer several notable advantages, including lightweight, excellent impact resistance, robust corrosion resistance, and superior cold and heat resistance. These features make the pipes highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications, such as urban drainage and water supply systems, geotechnical seepage control, construction water supply and drainage, PEF (polyethylene foam) applications, cable and wire laying, bridge steel cable sheathing, agricultural irrigation, and many other fields.

The DWCP series high-speed corrugated pipe forming machine adopts a closed water-cooled structure, and the mold base drives the left and right modules to move within the closed curve. The mold base adopts a gear dynamic structure, which has the advantages of automatic compensation for mechanical wear, smooth operation, low noise, long service life, and high synchronization. The unique design of the circulating water circuit has high reliability, good cooling effect, and low water impact in the pipeline, which improves the reliability of continuous production of pipes and ensures the surface forming quality of pipes.
