HUASHIDA Oil & Gas Pipe 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is designed for applying anti-corrosion coatings on steel pipes. It is widely used in various engineering construction projects, especially in the fields of oil, gas, heating, and water pipeline systems.

3-Layer PE (3LPE) Anti-Corrosion Coating
The 3-layer PE coating consists of an inner Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) layer, a middle adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene layer. This advanced coating technology offers excellent anti-corrosion performance and mechanical strength, significantly extending the service life of pipelines. It features high electrical resistance, superior waterproof properties, wear resistance, and excellent anti-aging performance, making it suitable for various buried pipelines.

Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2003 and has focused on plastic pipe extruder production line and joints of plastic pipes and 2PE 3PE pipes machinery for over 16 years, we are a private high-tech enterprises integrated by R&D, manufacturing, selling, service and trading.
We are always concertrating on research and development of plastic extrusion equipments, tightly cooperating with Tsinghua University, Beijing University of chemical technology, South China university of technology and some other colleges and scientific research institutions. Our purpose is to supply highest cost-effective products and the most suitable solutions to our clients, as well as intimate help and service, on this basis we reach a win-win situation.
For over 14years We have exported to many foreign countries, such as Russia, Iran, Turkey, U. A. E, Sudan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, South Asia, Poland etc.
7. Guarantee and after service
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.
During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.
We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.
We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
