Pipeline shrink sleeves for field applied corrosion protection solutions

INSTRUCTION
Shrink sleeve is the most widely used technology in the world for field girth-weld corrosion protection. Because it is easy to install, provides excellent protection and is cost-effective.

Heat Shrinkable Sleeve is composed of cross-linked polyethylene back and special heat melt adhesive.
The heat melt adhesive has good bonding with PE back, steel pipe and Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE layer). When heating the sleeves, the PE back shrinks, the adhesive layer melts and closely wraps around pipe joints. It can form together with FBE a firm and continuous anti-corrosion body. It is resistant to corrosion, wear, impact, UV and aging, and is easy to be applied.
