PU foaming injection pre-insulated pipe HDPE Jacket Extrusion line for pre-insulated pipe is designed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., LTD. It  absorbs and improves developed HDPE pipe extruding technology. 
The production line is an integration design composed by extrusion, vacuum calibrating, cooling, pulling, cutting, stacker. Great performance in automatic operation, extrusion capacity, steady and service life etc. Especially compared with the line use internal pressure method, vacuum calibrating method is much better than it for stiffness, pressure resistance and surface smooth.Vacuum calibrating method pre-insulation pipe outside casing extruded line is the advanced and popular machinery in the world.

Our Purpose and Market Our purpose is to supply highest cost-effective products and the most suitable solutions to our clients, as well as intimate help and service, on this basis we reach a win-win situation. Guarantee and after service The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer. During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer. We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free. We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.

Q1. Are you a trading company or a production factory? Can we visit?

A: We are a professional manufacturer with our own factory located in Qingdao. We are directly responsible for the entire production process from raw materials to finished products, which enables us to better control costs, quality, and delivery time. We warmly welcome all customers and partners to visit our factory and conduct on-site inspections of our production capabilities.

Q2. When can we ship the order after placing it?

A: For regular products with inventory, we can arrange shipment within 90 working days. For orders that require production, the specific delivery time will be confirmed in the contract based on the complexity of the order and customization

Q3. How long will the Delivery Time be?

A: 3months after deposit.

A: It is different output capability for pipe with different diameters, the Max.capability is 3 to 8 km/day, and the annual processing capacity is 2 million square meters (Φ508 mm).

Q5. After-sales service:

A: Warranty period:Before delivery, all the equipment must be trial operated to confirm the quality perfectly.The warranty period is 12 months from the picking-up date for the mechanical parts, and 6 months for the electrical parts.

B: Service:The seller provides technical services and provides training and guidance to buyer's operators.
