Product Description
The 3PE anti-corrosion coating production line is designed for applying a three-layer coating to steel pipes, enhancing their mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and durability. It is ideal for oil, gas, water, and other fluid transmission pipelines.
Coating Structure:
First Layer: Fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE > 100µm)
Second Layer: Adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm
Third Layer: Polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm

·Enhances pipe lifespan from 5-10 years to 50-100 years
·High mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation, waterproof, wear-resistant, and anti-aging properties
·Suitable for harsh environments and corrosive conditions

Rust Removal Equipment: Includes shot blast cleaning machine, dust collectors, and rust removal PLC control system.
Coating Equipment: Features powder spraying device, heating system, coating devices, cooling spray, and extruders.

Groove Equipment: Includes PE beveling machines and lifting machinery.
Compressed Air Equipment: Air compressors, precision filters, and gas tanks.
