HDPE double wall steel reinforced winding pipe is a new type of pipe. Has advantages It has advantages of both corrosion resistance of plastic and tenacity of steel; And also High ring stiffness, light, easy installing, good sealing, low cost of transporation. It is promoted by competent department of local and natioanl government.
It is widely used in transportation of flow by gravity, such as city sewage conduit, industrial sewage conduit, rain discharge chanel, bridge road sewage conduit, agricultural irrigation line, and water intaking at water head etc...There is a broad market prospect, is preferred product of major construction projects.
The production line includes equipments as below,
1. "T" shape plate extrusion line (Single screw extruder, die head & mould, Vacuum calibration table, Haul-off & cutter, rewinder)
2. Steel rolling forming machine;
3. Rewinding forming machine;
4. Coating machine;
5. Melt welding machine;
6. Forming wheels combination.
