Our specialized calibrating and cooling system, utilizing water film lubrication and water-ring cooling, is perfectly suited for HDPE and PP materials, ensuring accurate diameter and roundness even for thick-walled pipes extruded at high speeds.
The entire line can be intelligently controlled by a PLC system with a user-friendly human-machine interface. All critical technical parameters can be easily set and monitored via a touchscreen.

The water-cooling force feeding system and grooved barrel in the feeding zone optimize power consumption, while the long L/D ratio and mixing head ensure perfect melt homogeneity and high output.
Spiral Die Head: Composed of a mandrel, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die head body, bolts, and heating rings. The polished and chrome-plated inner surface ensures smooth plastic flow and prevents corrosion. Pipe wall thickness uniformity is easily adjustable via bolts. The bronze calibrating sleeve within the die head facilitates rapid cooling and precise outer diameter control.
Vacuum Calibration Tank & Water Spraying Tank: The vacuum forming tank includes a robust frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and a back-and-forth mobile device. The vacuum system ensures the freshly extruded pipe adheres tightly to the calibrating sleeve for accurate outer diameter formation. The multi-directional spray cooling system rapidly cools the pipe surface.
Belt Traction Unit: Driven by an AC motor with frequency speed control to synchronize with various extrusion speeds. Features durable traction belts, a reliable clamping structure, an adjustment system, side plates, and a stable foundation bed. Includes an automatic length measuring device for precise cutting at desired lengths.
Planetary No-Dust Cutter: Employs a blade punching principle for clean, dust-free cutting. Consists of a cutting device, clamping mechanism, synchronous mobile device, and a sturdy frame.
