HDPE/PP/PVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

I. Product Overview

This production line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe production equipment independently developed by our company based on cutting-edge foreign technology. It uses polypropylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and other materials as raw materials to produce single and double wall corrugated pipes. Thanks to its unique structure, the pipe has the advantages of being lightweight, having strong impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and cold and heat resistance. It is widely used in various fields such as urban drainage (water supply), underground seepage, building water supply and drainage, PEF, wire and cable laying, bridge steel cable sheath, and agricultural irrigation.

III. Production Line Configuration

A. Extruder System

1. Single-Screw Extruder: With a simple structure, easy maintenance, and cost-effectiveness, it is suitable for medium and small-scale production.
2. Twin-Screw Extruder (Optional): Offers superior plasticizing and mixing performance, making it ideal for high-output production and complex material formulations.

B. Corrugation Forming Machine

1. High-precision modular forming technology ensures uniform corrugation.
2. Vacuum calibration system guarantees optimal pipe wall formation.
3. Optimized track design enhances equipment longevity and reduces maintenance.

C. Cooling System

1. Water/Air Hybrid Cooling: Water cooling for rapid temperature reduction and air cooling for energy efficiency.
2. Advanced heat exchange design ensures uniform cooling without deformation.

D. Cutting System

1. Planetary Cutter: Servo-controlled precision cutting with adjustable lengths and clean edges.
2. Fully Automatic Cutter (Optional): Intelligent operation with automatic counting.

E. Control System

1. PLC + HMI touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring.
2. Intelligent parameter adjustment ensures stable production quality.
3. Data logging for production management and quality traceability.
