Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has absorbed advanced German technology and independently developed the HDPE Spiral Structured Wall Pipe Production Line with complete intellectual property rights. The entire line features a high degree of automation, controlled by a Siemens PLC system, ensuring stable performance and user-friendly operation.
This production line is capable of producing large-diameter plastic pipes from 200mm to 3000mm, widely used in municipal engineering, stormwater management, sewerage systems, and mining industries.
The finished pipes are connected using electric fusion sleeves or heat shrink sleeves, which are convenient, cost-effective, and reliable.
