Product Description
The 3PE anti - corrosion coating offers triple - layer protection for steel pipes, remarkably extending their service life from 5 - 10 years to an impressive 50 - 100 years. The first layer is a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) layer with a thickness of over 100µm, which provides excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. The second layer is an adhesive (AD) layer, 170 - 250µm thick, serving as a strong bond between the epoxy layer and the outer layer. The third layer is a polyethylene (PE) stripe, 2.5 - 3.7mm thick, protecting the pipe from abrasion, impact, and water.
3PE steel coating pipes are characterized by high mechanical strength, outstanding electrical insulation performance, precise process control, and environmental friendliness. They can withstand harsh conditions, ensuring the safe and long - term operation of pipelines.

Technological Processes

- Steel Pipe Diameter Range: The equipment can produce steel pipes with diameters of 48 - 219mm, 219 - 1220mm, 800 - 1600mm, 1000 - 2400mm, and the maximum pipe diameter can reach 4200mm.
- Sand Blasting Grade: SA2.5
- Anti - corrosion Coating Standard: It complies with SY/T0413 - 2002, GB/T23257 - 2009, German DIN 30670, DIN 30678, coating specification requirements from the American Corrosion Association, DNV, SY/T0315 - 2005, CNPC38 - 2002 "Technical specifications for double - layer fusion - bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe, as well as relevant standards of Canada and the American Corrosion Association.
