The 3PE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line is designed to apply high-performance protective coatings on steel pipes, significantly extending their service life from 5-10 years to 50-100 years. This advanced coating system consists of three layers:
Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Layer (≥100µm) - Provides excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment protection.
Adhesive Layer (AD) (170-250µm) - Ensures strong bonding between epoxy and polyethylene layers.
Polyethylene (PE) Layer (2.5-3.7mm) - Offers superior mechanical protection against abrasion, impact, and moisture.
This 3PE coating enhances the pipe's mechanical strength, electrical insulation, waterproofing, wear resistance, and anti-aging properties, making it ideal for oil, gas, water supply, and chemical pipelines.
