The 2LPE/3LPE/FBE epoxy coating production line is designed for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes. It supports various coating types, including Single-Layer FBE, Double-Layer FBE, Two-Layer Polyethylene (2LPE), Three-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE), and Two-Layer Polypropylene (2LPP).
Widely used in oil and gas pipelines, urban gas supply, water transportation, and other infrastructure projects, this line offers high efficiency, reliability, and compliance with international coating standards.
The 3-layer PE anti-corrosion system consists of:
1,Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Primer
A thermosetting, non-toxic powder coating
Forms a strong molecular cross-link structure upon curing
Excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and cathodic disbonding resistance
2,Polymer Adhesive (Middle Layer)
Bonds the FBE layer and the PE top layer
Ensures strong integration of all three layers
3,Polyethylene Topcoat (PE Layer)
Durable, impact-resistant, waterproof, and anti-aging
Provides mechanical protection and insulation
