Product Description
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is employed for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is more extensively utilized in various types of engineering projects, especially in heating, gas, and oil sectors.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
The 3 - layer PE anti - corrosion coating contains a first FBE coating, an intermediate adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene layer.

The composition of 3-layer PE coating production line
The three -layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer.
