HDPE Solid Wall Pressure Pipe Extrusion Line
HDPE pressure Pipe Extrusion Line is a pipe extrusion line developed by HUASHIDA company through assimilate and master technology introduced fromabroad.
lt is applicable for extrusion of PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS etc. ThisPE pipe production line can instead extrusion line imported from abroad.
lt has become the first choice for the city gas pipe, water supply pipe, foundation pipe, landfill collection pipe, watermain, geothermal heating etc.


Features:
 

This pipe extrusion line mainly includes single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and bracket.

 

Use high-efficiency extruder, equipped with barrier screw and mixing head, new slotted barrel, with good plasticizing and mixing effect, large extrusion volume and good stability.Use spiral-type die head, which can work with lower melt temperature, with good mixing performance, lower cavity pressure and good stability.

Vacuum calibration tank & Water spraying tank
It adopts bronze or stainless steel calibrators; High-efficiency water-spraying cooling to ensure quality of pipes.   

Hauling machine
High qualified rubber block is with longer life, we don't accept blocks made by recycled materials. Hauling speed is synchronized with extruder.   

 

Planetary cutting machine
High qualified alloy steel blade; planetary cutting to get smooth edge; High cutting precision; PLC controlling.
