Outer Wall Rust Removal: Steel pipes undergo shot blasting to achieve a Sa2.5 cleaning standard.
Pipe Transportation and Heating: Post-rust removal, pipes are lifted onto a pipeline rack, transported via a pipe cart to the spraying conveyor, and preheated.
Polyurethane Spraying: A uniform polyurethane foam layer is applied to the heated steel pipe.
PE Layer Winding: The pipe is wrapped with a polyethylene outer protective layer.
Cooling and Finishing: The pipe undergoes water spray cooling, connection incision, and offline processing.
Inspection and Packaging: Finished pipes are inspected, ports repaired, coded, and packaged for delivery.
