The process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Steel pipe pretreatment: Steel pipes go through surface pretreatment and rust removal, intermediate frequency heating, epoxy spraying and other processes in turn to ensure that the surface of the steel pipe is clean and the adhesion of the coating to the pipe is enhanced.
2. Polyethylene outer protective pipe extrusion: High-density polyethylene resin is used as the main raw material, and the polyethylene outer protective pipe is extruded through an extruder.
3. Pouring polyurethane insulation layer: Pouring polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer in the gap between the polyethylene outer protective pipe and the steel pipe.
4. Corona polarization treatment and tube end treatment: Corona polarization treatment and tube end treatment are carried out on the molded insulation pipe to ensure product quality.
