Product Description

The Advanced HDPE Hollow and Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a high-efficiency and fully automated system designed for manufacturing large-diameter HDPE hollow wall winding pipes and double wall corrugated pipes. The line adopts advanced extrusion and spiral forming technology to produce pipes with a corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall, ensuring high ring stiffness, lightweight structure, and excellent flow performance. This production line is widely used in municipal drainage systems, sewage discharge, highway drainage, agricultural irrigation, cable protection, and industrial wastewater projects. The pipes produced by this machine are corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant, and have a long service life, making them an ideal replacement for traditional concrete and steel pipes.
