What is polyurethane foam PERT insulation pipe?
Polyurethane PERT insulation pipe is called flexible insulation pipe in international, Chinese  standard name is II type heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTII) low-temperature direct buried heating pipe.

One-step pert flexible insulation pipe production line process flow:
Pipe unwinding - unwinding traction - V-shaped wheel conveying - track feeding - encapsulation and film coating - Pouring foaming - foam curing -PE layer O-shaped extrusion - Vacuum suction coating - spray cooling - winding

Pipe Structure:
Inner pipe: PE, PE-RT,  Steel,PERT-II, PE-Xa
Insulation layer: Polyurethane (PPU)

PE-RTII insulation pipe

It saves the raw materials for using PE-RT II pipe.

Selection of different material pipes: the highest PE-RTIIS value; the thinnest wall thickness
Compared to PERT I, PERT II can reduce material use by 15%
Relative to PP-R, PERT II can reduce material use by 30%
