Huashida's HDPE Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Extrusion Line is designed with advanced extrusion and spiral winding technology to produce large-diameter, lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant structured wall pipes. With production capabilities ranging from 400mm to 3000mm in diameter, these pipes are widely used in municipal drainage, industrial sewage, electrical and telecommunication conduit applications, making them an ideal replacement for traditional cement, cast iron, and ceramic pipes.
The produced pipes feature high ring stiffness, strong impact resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight structure, easy installation, and a service life of up to 50 years.
