Working Principle:

The plastic material transitions through glassy, elastic, and viscous fluid states within the extruder barrel under controlled temperature and screw rotation. The molten plastic is then uniformly extruded through the T-die. Subsequently, the sheet undergoes calendering for shaping and thickness control, cooling for solidification, edge trimming, haul-off for continuous movement, and finally cutting or winding into the desired form.
