Description of the production: PU Insulated Pipe Production Line is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving which is developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co.Ltd., PU Insulated Pipe is easy to operate with the automatic control system and has a long service life.


Description: Prefabricated directly buried insulating pipe consist of steel pipe, polyurethane foam layer and PE jacket pipe. Because of its special structure, the PU Insulated Pipe is an irreplaceable role in municipal heating engineering.


The insulated pipe/jacket/jacket tube of  PU Insulated Pipe/the thermal insulation pipe/jacket tube which is produced by vacuum calibrating method pre-insulated pipe outside casing extrusion line of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co. Ltd. is mainly made of HDPE after extrusion. This insulated pipe has a smooth internal and external wall, long service life, anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance is good, the installation of the insulated pipe is low. So the  PU Insulated Pipe Production Line of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co. Ltd. greatly reduced the cost of manufactory and improved the production. 

The composition and characteristics of PU Insulated Pipe Production Line
1. High-efficiency single screw extruder
The screw is with barrier & mixing head; the barrel is a new model with slotting (channel), Both make good jellification, large output and stable performance.

2.Die-Head

Die-head is mainly composed of mandril, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-head body, bolts, and heating rings. The inside surface touching with plastic materials is polished and chrome plated to ensure plastic materials flow smoothly and to ensure no rusting. The uniformity of pipe wall thickness can be adjusted by bolts. The copper calibrating sleeve fixed in die-head is mainly used to cool down the fresh pipe and to calibrate the pipe outer diameter.
3. Vacuum Forming Tank

Vacuum forming tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, back and forth mobile device. When it is at work, the vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to realize calibrating the pipe's outer diameter. A spray cooling system is used to cool down the extruded pipe with water. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on the pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.
4. Haul-off Machine

The haul-off machine is mainly composed of a driving device, haul-off tracks, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate, and foundation bed. Haul-off caterpillars are AC motor driven and adopt frequency control of speed to adapt to different pipes extruding speed. It is also equipped with an automatic length measuring device to realize cutter cutting at a set length.

5. Planetary No-Dust Cutter
It adopts the blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of a cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous mobile device, and frame.
6. Discharging Frame
The table surface is made of stainless steel. It adopts pneumatic overturn and discharges automatically.


7. Controlling system
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen. The controlling system is designed according to the customer's requirement, to be with PLC, or without.
