The polyurethane (PUR) spray polyethylene (PE) wrapping pre-insulated pipe production line is designed for manufacturing prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes. These pipes are widely used in heating, cooling, and crude oil transportation systems, offering superior energy efficiency and durability.

Product Structure
The rigid polyurethane spray PE-wrapped prefabricated pipe consists of three layers:

Working Steel Pipe: Transports the medium (e.g., hot water, steam, or crude oil).
Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Insulation Layer: Provides excellent thermal insulation with uniform density and strong adhesion.
Wound Polyethylene (PE) Outer Casing: Ensures corrosion resistance and mechanical protection.

Applications

Heating & cooling pipelines (district heating, HVAC).
Crude oil transportation pipelines.
Operating Conditions:

Temperature: ≤120°C (peak ≤140°C).
Pressure: ≤2.5MPa.
Installation: Primarily for direct burial, but also suitable for trench or overhead laying.
