Water-proof Coiled Material/Geo-Membrane Film Extrusion Line

Description of the production: Water-proof Coiled Material/GEO-membrance Film Extrusion Line is a super-large water-proof Coiled material. The mainly material for the film is various kinds of polymer, such as PE, PP, PET, PVC, EVA etc. The max width is 8000mm, the thickness from 0.1 to 3.0mm. In order to meet different customers with different requirements, other auxiliary equipment could be arranged.


Brief introduction of geomembrane
Geomembrane is a kind of double-surface membrane with flat and smooth appearance made from virgin resin with special formula. Geomembrane has excellent impermeable and antifouling property and mechanical property; dimensional stability, chemical stability, thermal resistance and aging resistance are good; in the meantime, it also has excellent resistance to UV radiation. Its large friction coefficient and skid resistance Is very suitable for pavement of side slopes surrounding refuse landfill and twice pavement of geotextile. In the meantime, it can also enhance bearing capacity and deformation resistance. It is usually used in such project at which surface of membrane of side slope need be covered with earth and large friction coefficient is required.

Mainly used in the landfill plant, waste water treatment plants, subway project, tunnel construction, artificial lake, industrial water-proof and other projects.

Composition of production line
- Extruder: PP/PE high efficiency single screw extruder,  the extruding part adopts the forced water-cooled feeding section, the machine cylinder is grooved, and the power consumption of the main drive motor is greatly reduced. Large length to diameter ratio, better adaptability to materials, better plasticizing effect.
