The PE/PP/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC Single-Layer & Multi-Layer Sheet Extrusion Line is designed with advanced technology and high reliability. The line is equipped with a vertical three-roller calender, high-performance vented extruder, precision die, screen changer, cooling rack, haul-off unit, and cutting machine, ensuring stable production and excellent sheet quality.
This extrusion line is capable of producing single-layer and double-layer sheets with a thickness range of 0.1-30mm and a maximum width up to 3000mm, meeting diverse application requirements in packaging, construction, home appliances, automotive, and other industries.
Extruder
