Huashida Prefabricated PU Foaming Spray Insulation Pipe Continuous Machinery consists of steel working pipe, spraying polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer and winding polyethylene outer protective pipe.It is primarily used for the production of insulated pipelines for applications in heating, cooling, petroleum, chemical, and other sectors.
The line adopts continuous spraying production process.It features a high degree of automation, fast production efficiency, raw material saving, increased foaming and closed-cell rate, reduced water absorption rate, and three-in-one molding, making its performance more reliable. Low-carbon and environmentally friendly products have high economic and social benefits.

Polyurethane spraying polyethylene wrapping pre-insulated pipe production line is used for the production of polyurethane prefabricated direct buried thermal insulating pipes, which are widely used in the field of heating, cooling and crude oil transportation.
 

The production line is composed of three major parts:

• Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine

• Polyurethane Spraying Production Line

• PE Outer Jacket Winding Production Line

Main features of the PU Spray insulation pipe:

• The density of polyurethane is uniform and controllable.
• Polyurethane rigid foam has no empty spaces.
• The surface of polyurethane foam is rough, the shear strength (friction) to the polyethylene outer casing is greater than 200Kpa.
• The thickness of the polyurethane insulation layer and the thickness of the polyethylene outer casing can be adjusted according to the design.
• The production has a high degree of automation.
