Product Description

Radiation Cross-Linked heat shrinkable sleeves/tapes are primarily applied for field girth weld anticorrosion coating, anticorrosive and thermal-insulated pipes, and waterproof joints for plastic water supply and drainage pipes.

The process flow of Huashida heat shrinkable sleeve extrusion line:
First, the PE back film extrusion line manufactures PE films tailored to client specifications.
Second, the films are transported to a certified irradiation facility for precise radiation crosslinking, ensuring optimal fire resistance and tensile strength.
Third, the irradiated films enter the heat-shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating line, where they undergo:Double stretching to achieve the desired shrinkage rate;
Adhesive lamination using a proprietary hot-melt formula, extruded via a specialized reactor and bonded to the substrate under controlled pressure.The final product exhibits exceptional peel strength and dimensional stability.
