Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line Components
Extruder:
Single-screw extruders have a simple structure and low cost, making them suitable for applications with low production requirements.
Twin-screw extruders offer excellent plasticizing, mixing performance, and extrusion stability, resulting in higher production efficiency.
Corrugator:
Enables the installed corrugated forming module to operate continuously and stably, providing the vacuum and cooling functions required for corrugation.
Cooling System:
Typically uses water cooling, air cooling, or a combination of both.
Water cooling offers high cooling efficiency, quickly reducing pipe temperature, improving production efficiency and pipe quality. Air cooling is relatively simple and low-cost, making it suitable for applications with low cooling speed requirements.
Cutting Equipment:
A planetary cutter or fully automatic corrugated pipe cutter is used to precisely cut double-wall corrugated pipe, achieving high cutting accuracy and smooth cuts.
