3PE Anti-corrosion coating Line
3PE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) anti-corrosion coating is a high-performance pipeline protection system that significantly extends the service life of steel pipes-from 5-10 years to as long as 50-100 years. This coating consists of:
First Layer: Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) > 100μm
Second Layer: Adhesive (AD) 170-250μm
Third Layer: Polyethylene (PE) coating 2.5-3.7mm
