This range also includes the PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hose Extrusion Line. The finished hoses feature excellent extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static resistance, high-voltage resistance, and stable operational performance. They are suitable for transporting high-pressure or flammable gases and liquids, as well as heavy-duty suction and delivery of liquid sludge. Typical application fields cover chemical processing, construction, vacuum pump systems, and related industrial scenarios.

 

The production line is specially configured for manufacturing PVC spiral steel wire reinforced hoses. The standard configuration consists of a main extruder, spiral steel wire forming unit, cooling water tank, haul-off unit, and winding unit.

Core Component Details

1. High-Efficiency Single-Screw Extruder

The PP/PE/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC sheet single-layer & multi-layer co-extrusion production line adopts a PE/PP high-efficiency single-screw extruder. The extrusion part is equipped with a forced water-cooling feeding section and a slotted barrel, which significantly reduces the power consumption of the main drive motor. The screw features a large aspect ratio (30:1 to 38:1), boasting strong material adaptability and excellent plasticizing effect. We can customize specially designed screws for customers to facilitate the use of recycled materials and the addition of calcium carbonate, meeting diverse production needs.

2. Extrusion Head

This production line adopts an extrusion head with a hanger-type runner structure, which undergoes nitriding and polishing treatment. With a special design, the thickness adjustment operation is simple and accurate, ensuring the uniformity and stability of the sheet/board thickness during production.

3. Three-Roller Calender

According to different sheet widths, the three-roller calender adopts vertical or inclined structures. The specially designed inner runner structure of the roller ensures precise temperature control, guaranteeing the surface brightness of geomembranes and waterproof membranes. It maintains stable thickness within a wide range; the roller surface is plated with hard chrome, featuring high strength and long service life. An accurate mold temperature control system provides reliable quality assurance for sheet and board production. Additionally, the line supports personalized production, including anti-skid sheets, patterned sheets, and artistic boards.

4. Cooling Bracket

The PP/PE sheet single-layer & multi-layer co-extrusion production line is equipped with an aluminum-magnesium alloy cooling roller, which effectively ensures long service life and stable cooling performance, further improving the flatness and quality of the finished products.
