The HDPE Jacket Casing Pipe Extrusion Line is suitable for producing casing pipes used in PU foam pre-insulation systems. With vacuum calibration shaping, the line ensures stable sizing and high surface quality.
Siemens PLC control provides intelligent monitoring and easy operation. Its high-output and energy-saving configuration delivers strong performance for medium and large-scale production.

 Vacuum Calibration
Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter.  Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.

Haul-off Machine

The haul-off machine is mainly composed of driving device, tracks, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off tracks are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds.
An automatic length measuring device realizes cutting at a set length.

 No-Dust Cutter
It adopts blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.
