This production line is specially developed for applying 3-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion coating on hot-bent steel pipes. It integrates processes like surface cleaning, heating, coating, and cooling, delivering a high-efficiency, fully automatic solution for pipeline protection.
The system ensures excellent coating adhesion and durability, significantly enhancing both the outer surface quality and internal performance of the pipe-making it ideal for oil, gas, water, and industrial pipeline applications.

A high-performance shot blasting system cleans the pipe surface thoroughly-removing rust, scale, and welding residue. It also relieves welding stress and enhances fatigue resistance, ensuring optimal conditions for coating adhesion.

FBE Layer: Forms a strong chemical-resistant foundation with excellent cathodic disbonding resistance.
Adhesive Layer: Ensures strong bonding between the FBE and PE layers.
