Our 3PE / 3LPE / 2PE / 2PP / FBE Steel Pipe Coating Machine is engineered for applying advanced anti-corrosion coatings on steel pipes. These coated pipes are extensively used in various engineering projects, including district heating systems, oil and gas pipelines, and water supply networks.
Depending on production needs and configuration, the system supports multiple coating types, including:
FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy)
2-layer PE or PP (Polyethylene / Polypropylene)
3-layer PE or PP (3PE / 3PP)
The 3-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion system comprises:
FBE primer layer - excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance
Adhesive middle layer - bonds the FBE and PE
Polyethylene outer layer - provides mechanical protection
This multi-layer structure offers superior corrosion protection and is widely applied to buried gas, oil, and water transmission pipelines. The coating enhances the pipe's mechanical strength, and provides high electrical insulation, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and aging resistance, ensuring long-term durability.
