The sheet extrusion line is one of the most complete, high-performance, and reliable sheet production systems available. We offer three configurations equipped with 65mm, 90mm, or 120mm extruders to meet various production capacity requirements. It is widely used for manufacturing a variety of plastic sheets and film products.

Electrical Control System
High-Efficiency Extruder: Equipped with high-performance motor, digital control system, vacuum degassing, fast screen changer, and precision gearbox. The screw is specially designed for HIPS, PP, PET, and other materials.
Three-Roller Calender: Three rollers with hard surface and mirror chromium plating, providing excellent heat transfer performance. Each roller is equipped with an independent high-flow temperature control system to ensure sheet flatness and smoothness.
High-Performance Cooling System: Adopts forced water-cooling to improve production efficiency and ensure dimensional stability of the sheets.
Optimized T-Die Design: Provides uniform melt flow and thickness distribution, avoiding material stagnation.
Durable Mechanical Structure: Screw, barrel, and die head are made from high-strength 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with nitriding treatment for high hardness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Plastic raw materials are heated and melted in the extruder, transitioning from the glassy state to the elastic state and then to the viscous flow state. Under the screw force, the melt is extruded through the T-die, then calendared, cooled, shaped, edge-trimmed, hauled off, and finally cut or wound into final sheet or film products.
