Spray Cooling System: Rapidly cools and solidifies the coating layer, improving adherence and surface finish.
Coating Structure - 3-Layer PE:
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Layer: Forms a high-strength, cross-linked molecular structure after curing, providing excellent chemical resistance and strong adhesion.
Adhesive Layer: Acts as a bonding bridge between the epoxy layer and polyethylene outer layer, ensuring cohesive strength across all three layers.
Polyethylene (PE) Outer Layer: Serves as the main protective barrier in underground or exposed pipeline environments, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, mechanical impact, and moisture.
Applicable Pipes: Hot bend pipes with diameters of 426 mm, 630 mm, 720 mm, and 820 mm.
Bending Radii: Supports bending radii of 4D to 6D.
Bending Angles: Between 15 and 90 degrees.
Pipe Wall Thickness: Ranges from 8 mm to 12 mm.
Coating Thickness: Meets international anti-corrosion standards:
Epoxy powder layer ≥170 μm
Adhesive layer 170-250 μm
Polyethylene outer layer 2.5-3.7 mm
General Equipment Dimensions: Approximately 20 meters by 15 meters.
