The machine has absorbed the technology from the similar products of Germany and Italy and adopted imported hot machine. Due to large power, the extrusion volume could reach 3KG. Its performance is stable. The integrated design is adopted for the preheating air and screw extruder. The plasticizing quality is good and the mould design is smooth without any blockage. Also, there is no dead corner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerland is installed to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and the base materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in order to achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operated simply and light in weight, only 4kg, whichhelps to weld the postion that is difficult to reach.
Purpose: It is mainly used for the welding of PP/PE/PVC plates, vessels and chemical tanks, the connection of pipeline, and pipe bends making, connection and sealing of varioous plastic pipes, and the making and fixing of plastic tanks, the welding of plastic sheets and the making of the pipe fittings and bends of different shapes. In particular, it is fit for outdoor onsite operation.

Our purpose is to supply highest cost-effective products and the most suitable solutions to our clients, as well as intimate help and service, on this basis we reach a win-win situation.
For over 14years We have exported to many foreign countries, such as Russia, Iran, Turkey, U. A. E, Sudan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, South Asia, Poland etc.
7. Guarantee and after service
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.
During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.
We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.
We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
