HDPE Spacer Rings (also known as centralizers or insulation spacers) are engineered to keep the inner steel pipe perfectly centered during the production and operation of pre-insulated pipelines. By maintaining uniform spacing, they allow for even distribution of polyurethane (PU) foam insulation, ensuring superior thermal efficiency and system reliability.
