Product Overview
This high-efficiency production line is designed for manufacturing HDPE jacket pipes used as the outer casing of PU foam pre-insulated pipes. These pipes are widely used in district heating, oil, natural gas, and other industrial applications requiring thermal insulation.
Adopting German extrusion technology and vacuum calibration method, the production line ensures excellent pipe stiffness, pressure resistance, and surface smoothness.
Inner Pipe: Steel or galvanized steel (for transporting hot water, steam, etc.)
Middle Layer: PU foam insulation (for heat preservation)
Outer Casing: HDPE pipe (produced by this line)
