The O-Type Extrusion 3LPE/2LPE/FBE Coating System is an integrated production line for anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes. It encompasses pipe transportation, surface cleaning, dust removal, pipe preheating, electrostatic powder application, PE and adhesive layering, water-based cooling, pipe end processing, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms, inspection, and automated control systems.
The 3LPE-coated steel pipes exhibit outstanding resistance to chemical corrosion, enduring exposure to acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizers. This makes them ideal for fluid transport in diverse conditions, significantly enhancing pipe durability. These pipes are extensively utilized in oil and gas pipelines, water supply and drainage networks, and various other sectors.
