Product Description
The epoxy powder anti-corrosion process for the inner and outer walls of steel pipes is currently an efficient and reliable solution for pipeline anti-corrosion. The treated steel pipe has significant advantages: its coating not only has excellent corrosion resistance, capable of resisting the long-term erosion of various chemical media such as acids, alkalis and salts, but also has a smooth and dense surface structure, which can effectively reduce the frictional resistance during fluid transportation and improve the transmission efficiency of the pipeline. This type of anti-corrosion steel pipe, with its outstanding comprehensive performance, is widely used in multiple key fields such as long-distance oil and gas pipelines, urban water supply and drainage networks, and industrial fluid transportation.
Internal & External FBE Powder coating
Epoxy powder is a thermosetting non-toxic coating. After curing, it forms a high-molecular cross-linked structure coating, which has excellent chemical anti-corrosion performance and mechanical strength. Its base layer is bonded and cured on the surface of the steel pipe to form a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. Polymer adhesives bond epoxy powder before gelation and connect the top layer of polyethylene, making the three-layer structure closely combined into one.
