• Guarantee Period: 12 months from the installation date, or up to 14 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.

• Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, we are responsible for addressing any issues faced by the buyer and providing replacement parts for any defects, excluding damage caused by the buyer.

• Technical Support: We offer free technical training for the buyer's workers. Additionally, we can send technicians to the buyer's facility to assist with installation and testing of the equipment. However, the buyer is responsible for covering the travel expenses, accommodation, transportation, medical treatment, insurance for the technicians, and an agreed-upon salary for their work in foreign countries.
